Exchange and Refund Policy
Unused products may be returned at the customer's expense to the address provided in the delivery confirmation. Exchanges are free of charge; however, reshipping fees (between CHF 9.– and CHF 29.–) are the responsibility of the customer. Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
